What to post....

I'm having a hard time deciding what to post...something extravagent, something useful, something for mom's, cooks, crafters, shoppers. Instead I'm posting a site that would be a fun activity for anyone. James and I are thinking of trying it once the weather is nicer and we know Hudson loves being outside so he's bound to join in.

It's called Letterboxing .

What is it you ask. Well here goes. All you need is a notebook, a rubber stamp, a pencil or pen, an ink pad and the clues. Then you follow the clues to the letterbox. When you find the box you stamp your book with the stamp in the box and you stamp the book in the box with your stamp. So a cheap, easy quick way to get out and search for treasure. So people get even more creative and make their own rubber stamps. The site has instructions on how to make them, how to make your own letter box and how to find them. Just in my county there are close to 30 clue listings and the list goes one. So next time you are planning a hike or just a walk why not make it a treasure hunt and go letterboxing.

First of many

I have time on my hands more often these days. Also I have an abnormal love of internet browsing. I call it that because I rarely buy. I have a need to touch something before I actually purchase it. But there are a few stores that I would order from and know that it will always be the best quality. I know all of my friends are busy women and thought, "why not combine this love of browsing with a blog". Genius, I know. So I'll do all the leg work and you just check in and see what I come up with. Oh, and if you find any great sites you want to share then write me a message and if I love it I'll post it.
